About The Position

This position involves overseeing all operations during your shift, ensuring that cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations are effectively managed. You will be expected to set a positive example for your crew and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities may include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining adherence to company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging in local store marketing. Requirements
