Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew by following all company policies and procedures.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure store cleanliness and engage in local store marketing.
• Work well with team members and other store management.
