About The Position

This position is a full-time role that involves overseeing all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash control, profitability, and customer relations. You will be expected to set an example for your crew by adhering to company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities may include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging in local store marketing. Teamwork and collaboration with other store management are essential.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some supervisory or management experience required.
• Food service management experience is a plus.
