• Set an example for crew members by following all company policies and procedures.
• Staffing and paperwork management.
• Food management and adherence to company standards.
• Provide great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Transportation to/from work and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Engage in local store marketing.
