The position involves operating all equipment necessary for food preparation and delivery. The employee will be responsible for stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers. Additionally, the role includes preparing products, receiving and processing customer orders both via telephone and in-person. Continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility is required to maintain hygiene standards. The employee will also deliver products by car directly to customers' doors. Accountability for food and product accuracy, inventory management, labor accountability, and employee productivity is essential. The role includes cash handling responsibilities and requires coaching and training of all employees in various areas. Maintaining a clean and professionally run store is also a key responsibility.
