On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills are essential, requiring the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers, whether over the phone or in person. Additionally, pizza delivery skills are necessary, including the ability to safely drive one's own vehicle and navigate various terrains while carrying products.
