About The Position

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team of 3 to 25 people.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to maintain high standards for self and team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures.
  • Oversee staffing and paperwork.
  • Ensure food management and adherence to standards.
  • Provide great customer service.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality.
