About The Position

The Assistant General Manager position at Domino's is a vital role within the Store Operations department. This non-exempt position reports directly to the General Manager and has a secondary reporting line to the Regional Operations Manager. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing Customer Service Representatives, Delivery Experts, and Pizza Makers, while also serving as the manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager.   • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Responsibilities

  • Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager
  • Partner with General Manager to assist with recruitment, new Team Member training, and scheduling
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies
  • Provide consistently high quality product and service to customers
  • Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals
  • Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships
  • Serve as store mentor and operations expert in all Domino’s store-level Team Member positions
  • Build relationships with customers and community
  • Cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Inventory control and management
  • Assist General Manager in marketing efforts
