As a team member, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Your duties will include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining a perfect image, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
