About The Position

The position at Domino's Pizza involves various responsibilities focused on customer service, food preparation, and operational management. Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational standards.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to follow company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrating customer WOW steps: Apologize, give them what they want, and give them something extra.
  • Counting pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
  • Ensuring pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
  • Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery and say 'Let me get your change' on every order.
  • Maintaining a neat and clean driver vehicle and positive image while working.
  • Ensuring no one carries more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
  • Prohibiting pocket knives or weapons while working.
  • Washing hands prior to making products and following proper procedures for food preparation.
  • Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address.
  • Responsible for results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met.
  • Conducting monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisor.
  • Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza standards.
  • Staffing and training of all team members in stores.
  • Maintaining repair and maintenance in all stores.
  • Implementing new products or ideas seamlessly in stores.
  • Ensuring all stores run at a minimum 4-star level.
  • Performing self OERs in the first week of each period and making appropriate corrections.
  • Completing evaluations and raises as needed and notifying D.O.
  • Following through on all assignments and ensuring timely submission of reports and paperwork.
  • Ensuring all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate.
  • Knowing all product and operational standards and following safety and security procedures.
  • Maintaining store budgets and preparing school lunches within required standards.
  • Providing accurate and detailed accountability and ensuring a paper trail exists.
  • Performing inventory checks on each store monthly and utilizing systems checklists and visit books.
