Requirements

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Driver eligible with 1 year of valid driver's license.

• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and big sporting events.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, and work to a schedule.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service and ensure attendance & punctuality.
• Handle transportation to/from work and marketing for profitability.
