About The Position

As a team member at Domino's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will use our point of sale system for order taking and cash handling, and you will also have the opportunity to train and motivate lower-level team members. Daily store operations will be part of your responsibilities, including maintaining product quality and service standards, as well as meeting food and labor goals. Strong administrative skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

  • A fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers.
  • A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Pass a Criminal Background check.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Comfortable with leading people.
