The position involves various duties for all store team members, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility. Team members will receive on-the-job training and are expected to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Essential functions include basic math skills for monetary transactions, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to navigate delivery areas. The role also requires physical stamina to perform tasks in varying temperatures and conditions.

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
  • Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
  • Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
  • Ensure great customer service and store cleanliness.
  • Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
