About The Position

The Manager in Training position is designed to develop future leaders within the company. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including customer service, food preparation, and team leadership. The Manager in Training will be accountable for cost control, sales growth, and service requirements while ensuring that all company policies and procedures are upheld.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Reliable vehicle and good driving record
  • Maximum of three citations within three years
  • No major moving violations (DUI, Racing, or Reckless)
  • Valid proof of legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Take orders and answer phones
  • Help customers and assist with food preparation
  • Demonstrate product knowledge
  • Maintain cleanliness and local advertising
  • Handle cash and manage inventory control
  • Place food orders and follow image standards
  • Be available during all hours of operation (open 9am/close 3am)
  • Delegate tasks when necessary and lead by example
  • Communicate goals and celebrate team wins
