Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily store operations, including cost control, inventory management, and cash handling
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 3 to 30 employees during assigned shifts
• Ensure high-quality customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing concerns promptly
• Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness throughout the entire store
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed
• Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales
• Collaborate with upper management to achieve store performance goals
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
