About The Position

The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. This position involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. The role requires the ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle monetary transactions accurately. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and working in varying temperatures.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
