As an Assistant Manager for Team Seattle you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store.

  • Assist in managing all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations
  • Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
  • Work to ensure staffing is at optimal levels at all times
  • Assist in preparing all paperwork and ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely fashion
  • Provide the best customer service possible at all times
  • Assist with performance review
  • Maintain a team spirited environment
  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product following established standards
  • Receive and process telephone and computer orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
  • Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
  • Comply with all safety requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter and manage time wisely
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
