As an Assistant Manager for Team Seattle you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store.
Assist in managing all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations
Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
Work to ensure staffing is at optimal levels at all times
Assist in preparing all paperwork and ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely fashion
Provide the best customer service possible at all times
Assist with performance review
Maintain a team spirited environment
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
Prepare product following established standards
Receive and process telephone and computer orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
Comply with all safety requirements
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-starter and manage time wisely
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
