The position involves performing all duties related to store operations while working productively in a team environment. The employee will oversee all employees and operate all necessary equipment. Responsibilities include stocking ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. The employee is also responsible for cleaning equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
