About The Position

As a team member, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your crew does the same. Your duties will include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. You will also be involved in staffing, paperwork, food management, and ensuring great customer service while adhering to standards and schedules.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to perform basic math operations accurately and quickly.
  • Motor coordination to perform tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record for delivery positions.
  • Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
  • Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
