You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is also required. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Training orientation and training will be provided on the job.
