About The Position

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Your duties will involve operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is also required. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adhering to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Training and orientation will be provided on the job.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Proficient in using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.

  • Experience in a fast-paced food service environment.

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail.
