As a team member, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your crew does the same. Your duties will include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. Additional responsibilities encompass staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring great customer service. Training and orientation will be provided on the job.
