About The Position

As a team member, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your crew does the same. Your duties will include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. You will also be involved in staffing, paperwork, food management, and ensuring great customer service while adhering to standards and schedules. Training and orientation will be provided on the job.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
