The position involves the operation of all equipment necessary for food preparation and delivery. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, and completing paperwork. The role also requires cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills are essential, as the role requires effective verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person. Additionally, pizza delivery skills are necessary, including the ability to safely drive one's own vehicle and navigate various terrains while carrying products. Essential skills also include basic math abilities for making correct monetary change, with the option to use a calculator.
