The Assistant Manager position involves various responsibilities that are essential for the smooth operation of the store. Team members are required to operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, and prepare products. Additionally, they will receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Cleaning equipment and the facility is also a daily task. Orientation and training will be provided on the job to ensure all team members are well-prepared for their roles.
