Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate all store equipment with utmost care and adherence to safety protocols.
• Efficiently manage stock, including the transfer of ingredients from delivery areas to appropriate storage locations, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Oversee and participate in the meticulous preparation of products, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Receive and accurately process telephone orders, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and complete associated documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Supervise and participate in the thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities on a daily basis, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist in providing comprehensive on-the-job training and orientation to new team members.
• Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and co-workers, ensuring accurate order processing both over the phone and in person.
• Exhibit strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately.
• Efficiently utilize computer systems, including keyboard and touch screen interfaces, for order entry and other operational tasks.
• Display excellent hand-eye coordination to perform precise movements with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
