Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation with a good background check and motor vehicle record.
• Ability to operate all equipment.
• Ability to stock ingredients and prepare product.
• Ability to receive and process telephone orders.
• Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing and paperwork management.
• Food management and work to a schedule.
• Ensure store cleanliness and perfect image adherence.
• Provide great customer service and maintain attendance & punctuality.
• Handle transportation to/from work and marketing.
• Focus on profitability.
