About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. This role involves various responsibilities including customer service, food preparation, and ensuring operational standards are met across all stores.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
  • Knowledge of all product and operational standards.
  • Ability to maintain neat and clean vehicle.
  • Completion of Safe Delivery CBT.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
  • Being in perfect image according to standard.
  • Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) Give them something extra.
  • Counting pepperoni and ham on every order every day, regardless of topping amount when ordered.
  • Ensuring no one clears pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
  • Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
  • Drivers must say 'Let me get your change' on every order, no exceptions.
  • Ensuring no one carries more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
  • Prohibiting pocket knives or any weapons while working.
  • Maintaining neat and clean driver vehicles in a positive image while working.
  • Ensuring drivers are not routed early or checked in early from delivery.
  • Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
  • Following only proper procedures for products.
  • Ensuring every driver has completed Safe Delivery CBT.
  • Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address.
  • Being responsible for all results in assigned stores.
  • Ensuring food, labor, and service goals are within target.
  • Conducting P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
  • Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
  • Staffing and training all team members in stores.
  • Maintaining repair and maintenance in all stores.
  • Implementing all new products or ideas seamlessly.
  • Ensuring all stores run at a minimum 4-star level.
  • Performing self OER’s in the first week of each period and making appropriate corrections.
  • Completing evaluations and raises as needed and notifying D.O.
  • Following through on all assignments and ensuring timely submission of reports and paperwork.
  • Ensuring all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate.
  • Knowing all product and operational standards.
  • Following all safety and security procedures and ensuring equipment is in working order.
  • Maintaining store budgets.
  • Preparing and delivering all school lunches within standards needed by the school.
  • Providing accurate and detailed accountability and ensuring a paper trail exists.
  • Utilizing all equipment correctly.
  • Performing inventory checks on each store each month.
  • Utilizing systems checklist and visit books.
