About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. Employees are expected to assist customers in a polite and courteous manner while being knowledgeable of the menu. They must maintain a perfect image according to standards and demonstrate customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) Give them something extra. Pizza makers are required to count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of the topping amount. Drivers must adhere to specific protocols regarding change and vehicle cleanliness. All employees must follow safety and operational standards, ensuring that all stores meet or exceed Domino’s Pizza standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
  • Knowledge of all product and operational standards.
  • Ability to follow safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely and knowledgeably.
  • Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
  • Demonstrate customer WOW steps: Apologize, give them what they want, and give them something extra.
  • Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily.
  • Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready for the oven.
  • Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery.
  • Drivers must say 'Let me get your change' on every order.
  • Limit personal money to $20 while on the clock.
  • Prohibit carrying weapons while working.
  • Maintain neat and clean driver vehicles.
  • Do not check in early from delivery.
  • Wash hands prior to making products.
  • Follow proper procedures for products.
  • Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
  • Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
  • Be responsible for results in assigned stores.
  • Ensure food, labor, and service goals are met.
  • Conduct P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
  • Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza standards.
  • Staff and train all team members in stores.
  • Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
  • Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
  • Ensure all stores run at a minimum 4-star level.
  • Perform self OER’s in the first week of each period and make appropriate corrections.
  • Complete evaluations and raises as needed and notify D.O.
  • Follow through on all assignments and ensure timely submission of reports and paperwork.
  • Ensure all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate.
  • Know all product and operational standards.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures and ensure equipment is in working order.
  • Maintain store budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver all school lunches within required standards.
  • Provide accurate and detailed accountability and ensure a paper trail exists.
  • Utilize all equipment correctly.
  • Perform inventory checks on each store monthly.
  • Utilize systems checklist and visit books.
