About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. Employees are expected to assist customers in a polite and courteous manner while being knowledgeable of the menu. They must maintain a perfect image according to standards and demonstrate customer WOW steps, which include apologizing, giving customers what they want, and providing something extra. Pizza makers are required to count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of the topping amount. Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery and must say 'Let me get your change' on every order without exception. Employees are not allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Driver vehicles must be neat and clean, and drivers should not be routed or checked in early from delivery. Pizza makers must wash their hands before making products, and only proper procedures for products are allowed. Every driver must complete Safe Delivery CBT, and every order must be repeated for accuracy with name and address confirmation. Employees are responsible for all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met. Monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisors are required, and employees must ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards. They are also responsible for staffing and training team members, maintaining repair and maintenance in all stores, and implementing new products or ideas seamlessly. Employees must ensure all stores run at a minimum 4-star level, perform self OERs in the first week of each period, and complete evaluations and raises as needed. All reports and paperwork must be turned in timely and accurately, and safety and security procedures must be followed. Store budgets must be maintained, and all school lunches prepared and delivered within required standards. Accurate accountability and a paper trail must exist, and inventory checks must be performed monthly. Systems checklists and visit books must be utilized and in place.

  • Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address.
  • Being responsible for all results in assigned stores.
