Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Set the example for the crew.
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls for food and labor, and cash control.
• Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain transportation to/from work.
• Ensure store cleanliness.
• Handle marketing and profitability.
