About The Position

The position involves leading a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives (CSRs) to ensure that orders are expedited quickly and accurately. The role requires maintaining staffing levels that align with the business needs throughout the day. Responsibilities include managing end-of-night bank deposits, conducting nightly product inventory counts, and ensuring the store is properly set up for opening. The leader must foster a sense of urgency with every order and handle dispute resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collecting payments and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers, ensuring delivery vehicles meet inspection standards, and assisting with routing to maximize service efficiency while adhering to company standards. The position also includes promoting pizza products and specials, receiving cross-training in various operational tasks, and providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to handle dispute resolution.
  • Comfortable with cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with computer-based order entry systems.

  • Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at the end of their shift.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles pass inspection, both mechanically and visually.
  • Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service efficiency.
  • Uphold company standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
  • Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
  • Receive cross-training for various operational tasks.
  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
