Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Set the example for the crew.
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Handle paperwork and cost controls for food and labor.
• Manage cash control and work to a schedule.
• Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure store cleanliness.
• Participate in marketing and profitability efforts.
