Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
- Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Staffing and paperwork management.
- Food management and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service.
- Ensure attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Handle marketing and profitability.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
- High energy, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
- Keen sense of direction with the ability to read a map.
- Basic math and cash management skills.
- Ability and desire to work nights and weekends.
