About The Position

The position involves leading a team of Delivery Experts and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure that orders are created and delivered quickly and accurately. The role requires maintaining appropriate staffing levels throughout the day to meet business needs and handling end-of-night bank deposits and nightly product inventory counts. Additionally, the position entails ensuring the store is properly set up for opening and fostering a sense of urgency with each order. The individual must be adept at dispute resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and manage the collection of payments from delivery drivers. The role also includes ensuring that delivery vehicles meet inspection standards and assisting with routing to maximize service efficiency while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Delivery Experts and CSRs to ensure orders are created and delivered quickly and correctly
  • Maintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of business at all points of the day
  • Handle end of the night bank deposits when closing
  • Perform an accurate nightly product inventory count when closing
  • Ensure the store is set up properly and ready to receive orders upon time of open
  • Foster and project a sense of urgency with each and every order
  • Be comfortable with dispute resolution and ensuring every unhappy customer is a returning customer
  • Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at the end of their shift
  • Ensure vehicles used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
  • Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service to customers while maintaining company standards
  • Uphold company standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
  • Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
