The individual must be adept at dispute resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, as well as managing the collection of payments and ensuring delivery vehicles meet inspection standards. The role also includes assisting with routing delivery drivers to optimize service while adhering to company standards and promoting pizza products and specials.
