Assistant Managers are responsible for running shifts smoothly and efficiently, making sure Domino's policies are followed by all employees. They must be able to produce all products to Domino's standards. Managers should have a general idea of the delivery area and be able to route drivers on deliveries. They must also be eligible to deliver orders in a safe and efficient manner, wash dishes, fold boxes, prepare food for the day's usage, answer phone calls, take orders, handle money, ensure labels for orders are placed on the correct boxes, and help walk-in and drive-thru customers. Managers must ensure all closing and opening procedures are followed including but not limited to: inventory, bank deposits, and making sure everything is ready for the next day. A background check and driving eligibility MVR are required.
