Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and assisting carryout customers politely and knowledgeably about the menu.
  • Maintaining a professional image according to company standards.
  • Demonstrating customer service steps: Apologize, give them what they want, and provide something extra.
  • Counting pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
  • Ensuring pizzas are not cleared before they are ready for the oven.
  • Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery and say 'Let me get your change' on every order.
  • Limiting personal money carried to no more than $20 while on the clock.
  • Prohibiting weapons, including pocket knives, while working.
  • Maintaining neat and clean driver vehicles.
  • Not routing or checking in drivers early from deliveries.
  • Washing hands prior to making products.
  • Following proper procedures for food products.
  • Completing Safe Delivery CBT for all drivers.
  • Repeating orders for accuracy and confirming names and addresses.
  • Being responsible for results in assigned stores and ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met.
  • Conducting monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisors.
  • Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza standards.
  • Staffing and training all team members in stores.
  • Maintaining repair and maintenance in all stores.
  • Implementing new products or ideas seamlessly in stores.
  • Ensuring all stores operate at a minimum 4-star level.
  • Performing self-evaluations in the first week of each period and making necessary corrections.
  • Completing evaluations and raises as needed and notifying D.O.
  • Following through on all assignments and ensuring timely submission of reports and paperwork.
  • Ensuring all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate.
  • Knowing all product and operational standards.
  • Following all safety and security procedures and ensuring equipment is in working order.
  • Maintaining store budgets.
  • Preparing and delivering school lunches within required standards.
  • Providing accurate accountability and ensuring a paper trail exists.
  • Utilizing all equipment correctly and ensuring its availability.
  • Performing monthly inventory checks on each store.
  • Utilizing systems checklists and visit books.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with one day off and one on-call day.
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational standards.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Capability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
