About The Position

You will assist in developing more managers by setting the example and mentoring your team. Adhere to policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew. Requirements

  • Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
  • Ability to operate all equipment.
  • Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area.
  • Ability to prepare product correctly at an advanced pace.
  • Ability to receive and process telephone orders.
  • Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities
