Responsibilities

  • Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
  • Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
  • Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure great customer service, attendance & punctuality, and store cleanliness.
  • Marketing and profitability.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
