An assistant manager helps run the store, and aids the general manager in daily operations. The assistant manager will learn to open and close the store, and will be able to perform all daily duties in the store such as running shifts and managing other employees. If you are experienced, or are willing to learn how to be a successful part of the management team, the AM position is a great way to advance your career in Domino's.
