The position involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. The employee will prepare products, receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders, and clean equipment and the facility continuously. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to the customer's door and ensuring food and product accuracy as well as inventory accountability. The employee will also be responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity, cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training all employees in all areas, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
