The position involves operating all equipment necessary for food preparation and delivery. The employee will be responsible for stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers. Additionally, the role includes preparing products, receiving and processing customer orders both via telephone and in-person. Continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility is required to maintain hygiene standards. The employee will also be responsible for delivering products by car directly to the customer's door. Accountability for food and product accuracy, inventory management, labor accountability, and employee productivity is essential. The role includes cash handling responsibilities and ensuring accuracy in transactions. Coaching and training employees in all areas of operation is also a key responsibility, along with maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
