The position involves operating all equipment necessary for food preparation and delivery. The employee will be responsible for stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers. Additionally, the role includes preparing products, receiving and processing customer orders both via telephone and in-person. Continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility is required, along with delivering products to customers' doors. The employee will also be accountable for food and product accuracy, inventory management, labor accountability, and employee productivity. Cash handling and accuracy are critical responsibilities, as well as coaching and training employees in all areas. Maintaining a clean and professionally run store is essential.
