The position involves operating all equipment necessary for food preparation and delivery. The employee will be responsible for stocking ingredients from the delivery area to various storage locations, including the work area and walk-in cooler. Additionally, the role includes preparing products, receiving and processing customer orders both via telephone and in-person. Continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility is required to maintain hygiene standards. The employee will also be responsible for delivering products by car directly to the customer's door. Accountability for food and product accuracy, as well as inventory management, is essential. The role includes overseeing labor accountability and employee productivity, handling cash transactions accurately, and coaching and training employees in all operational areas. Maintaining a clean and professionally run store is a key responsibility.
