About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino's Pizza. Employees are expected to answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu. They must maintain a perfect image according to standard and demonstrate customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) Give them something extra. Pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order every day, regardless of the topping amount when ordered. No one is allowed to clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven. Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery and must say 'Let me get your change' on every order without exception. Employees are not allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money, and no one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working. Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and present a positive image while working. Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery. Pizza makers must wash their hands prior to making products, and only proper procedures for products are allowed. Every driver must have completed Safe Delivery CBT. Every order is to be repeated for accuracy, and the name and address must be confirmed. Employees are responsible for all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met. A P&L review with the direct supervisor is required each month. Employees are expected to work a minimum of 50 hours a week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day. They must ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards, staff and train all team members, and maintain repair and maintenance in all stores. They are also responsible for implementing new products or ideas seamlessly and ensuring all stores run at a minimum 4-star level. Self OER's are to be performed in the first week of each period, and appropriate corrections must be made. Evaluations and raises are to be completed as needed, and paperwork must be turned in timely. All reports and paperwork at the store level must be complete and accurate, and all safety and security procedures must be followed with equipment in working order. Store budgets must be maintained, and all school lunches are to be prepared and delivered within the standards needed by the school. Accurate and detailed accountability must be provided, ensuring a paper trail exists. All equipment must be available and utilized correctly, and inventory checks must be performed on each store each month. Systems checklists and visit books must be utilized and in place.
