About The Position

The qualities in a strong Assistant Manager are good leadership skills such as, honesty, being punctual, being hard-working, and the ability to train new employees. Responsibilities in this position include, taking phone and walk-in orders, preparing all food products, and cleaning. An Assistant Manager must lead by example and make decisions during stressful situations. They must be able to multi-task. They also must be able to deliver as needed even if they are primarily an inside worker. Therefore, they must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
