About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 8404 Preston Hwy in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is a plus

  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • High standards for yourself and the rest of the team
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
