• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for crew members.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Responsible for staffing.
• Ensure perfect image and great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and store cleanliness.
• Drive store profitability.
• Operate all equipment.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Enter orders into computer with keyboard or touch screen.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Take food inventory.
• Train other team members.
