The Assistant Management Analyst position involves performing or assisting in a wide variety of professional administrative, financial, legislative, and other management analyses in support of District/SNWA initiatives, functions, and programs. The role includes assisting in formulating policy, procedure, and legislative positions, as well as fund development and implementation. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of successfully writing and managing federal and state grants, particularly in support of infrastructure and capital improvement projects. They will possess at least two years of direct experience navigating the full federal grant lifecycle and will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of federal grant regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance). Candidates with experience managing grants under the EPA State Revolving Fund programs are strongly preferred. The candidate will also excel at collaborating with internal departments and external agencies, maintaining compliance, and delivering timely, accurate reporting to funding agencies. A strong ability to work independently, meet critical deadlines, and contribute to the strategic funding goals of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Southern Nevada Water Authority, and Springs Preserve is essential.
